2. Live Rates, Weights & Pricing

Precious metal prices fluctuate daily with Indian bullion market indices. Rates displayed on our website or quoted digitally reflect current benchmark rates. Final billing is calculated based on exact gross weight, net gold/silver weight, verified gemstone carats, applicable making charges, and 3% statutory GST on the day of order confirmation or invoice generation.

3. Purity & BIS 6-Digit HUID Hallmarking

Every piece of gold jewellery crafted and sold by SiddhiVinayak Jewellers complies with Government of India hallmarking standards, bearing the official BIS triangle mark, karat fineness stamp (22K916 / 18K750 / 24K999), and a unique 6-digit laser HUID code verifiable on the BIS Care application.

4. Insured Pan-India Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all serviceable postal codes across India using trusted, high-security bullion logistics partners. All shipments are 100% transit-insured and packed in tamper-evident security poly-bags. 5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Because fine jewellery and bespoke bridal ensembles are handcrafted specially for each customer, direct returns are not customary. However, we ensure complete fairness for all our patrons:

• Exchanges: Unworn jewellery in original condition with intact hallmark tags and original bill can be exchanged within 7 days for items of equal or higher value.
• Refunds / Buyback: For approved returns or buyback requests, refund amounts are calculated strictly on the net pure gold / silver weight at current market rates, excluding the non-recoverable 3% GST and karigari making charges.
• Custom Orders: Bespoke designs made to specific personal dimensions or custom lehenga colors cannot be returned for cash refund, but complimentary adjustments will be made to ensure your complete satisfaction.

6. Custom Orders & Bespoke Craftsmanship

Custom orders require an initial advance deposit prior to raw gold casting and stone-setting. Production timelines range from 7 to 15 business days depending on design complexity. Customers receive high-resolution progress photos and videos for approval before final polish and delivery.

7. Purity & Fitting Support

All jewellery purchased from SiddhiVinayak Jewellers includes complimentary hallmark purity verification, sizing assistance, and stone setting inspections whenever you visit our Jaipur showroom.
