Our Core Exchange & Refund Promise
At SiddhiVinayak Jewellers, our priority is building lifelong family trust. Because precious jewellery and custom bridal ornaments are handcrafted specially for you, we warmly welcome exchanges of design, sizes, and upgrades. If a refund or buyback is requested, refunds are provided on the net precious metal/gemstone value, deducting the government GST (3%) and making charges (karigari).
1. Easy Jewellery Exchange
If you wish to change your design, swap a ring or bangle size, or upgrade to a heavier bridal set:
- Within 7 Days of Purchase: Bring the unworn jewellery in its original condition along with the original tax invoice, guarantee card, and BIS hallmark tag. You can exchange it for any in-stock piece of equal or higher value.
- Free Sizing Adjustments: If a ring, bangle, or kada does not fit comfortably, we resize it for you free of charge in our Jaipur workshop.
2. Refund & Buyback Policy
While routine cash returns are not expected on customized or worn jewellery, we honor our transparent buyback and refund guarantee on all pure gold and silver jewellery sold by us:
Refund Amount = (Net Pure Gold / Silver Weight × Current Market Rate) − [3% GST + Making Charges]
*Government Goods & Services Tax (GST 3%) is remitted directly to the government treasury at the time of sale and is non-recoverable. Making charges cover the skilled karigar labor and craftsmanship invested into crafting the piece.
3. Bespoke & Custom-Made Orders
Custom orders (pieces handcrafted to your personal sketches, lehenga photos, or custom sizes) are crafted exclusively for one person. We share step-by-step photos and video approvals during making to ensure you love every detail. Custom-made items cannot be returned for a full cash refund, but we will happily make sizing or stone adjustments to make it perfect for you.
4. Damage in Transit / Defect Guarantee
If your parcel arrives damaged or if you notice any manufacturing defect upon unboxing, please record a quick unboxing video and notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free insured return pickup and provide a free repair or immediate replacement.
5. Complimentary Purity & Fitting Support
Every piece bought from SiddhiVinayak Jewellers qualifies for Complimentary Purity & Fitting Support. Visit our showroom anytime for karatmeter testing, prong tightness check, and stone setting inspection with our master karigars.
