Every single parcel leaving our Jaipur showroom is 100% transit-insured and packaged in tamper-proof, secret security boxes. Whether you live in a metro city or a remote town, your jewellery is completely protected until it is safely in your hands.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We partner with specialized, secure bullion logistics carriers (including Blue Dart Apex, Sequel Logistics, and insured Speed Post) to guarantee secure handling of precious gold and silver jewellery.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Jaipur & Rajasthan: 1 to 2 working days.
• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai): 2 to 4 working days.
• Rest of India: 3 to 6 working days.
• Custom / Bespoke Handcrafted Orders: Manufacturing time (typically 7–15 days) + transit time. Our team will share regular photo updates on WhatsApp as your piece takes shape.

3. Discreet & Tamper-Proof Packaging

To protect your privacy and security, our outer courier parcels carry no visible jewellery branding or mentions of gold/diamond contents. Jewellery is packed in our luxury velvet presentation box, sealed inside a tamper-evident security poly-bag with a unique serial lock.

4. Live Tracking & OTP Delivery

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we send you the tracking link and airway bill number on WhatsApp and SMS. High-value jewellery orders require an OTP / Signature verification at the time of delivery to ensure the parcel reaches only you or your authorized family member.

5. Inspection at Delivery

Please check that the outer tamper-proof seal is intact before accepting the parcel from the delivery executive. In the rare event that the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 99832 60008).

6. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Insured Shipping on all bridal and high-value orders across India. For smaller silver articles or specific expedited requests, any nominal courier charge is clearly stated on your quote before payment.
